Yar Khan Consulting is led by Faiz YarKhan, an operating partner for founders who have outgrown how their company runs.

Faiz brings a global perspective shaped by living and working across five countries. This experience informs his ability to navigate complex organizations, align diverse stakeholders, and design execution systems that work across cultures, functions, and leadership styles.

Today, Faiz works alongside founders as their operating partner. He sits in the Integrator seat for companies running EOS, builds operating frameworks for those that are not, and leads technology and AI integration from the inside so founders are not left dependent on vendors for outcomes nobody can measure. His practice is built on one belief: the same discipline that makes a great company run can make a great life. Nobody should have to choose between the two.
