LEADERSHIP
Yar Khan Consulting is led by Faiz YarKhan, an experienced operating and transformation leader with more than fifteen years of experience working with Fortune 500 and mid-market companies.

His background includes leading large-scale transformation programs, strengthening technology delivery, building PMO and governance capabilities, guiding executive leadership teams, and stabilizing cross-functional operations where execution risk is high.

Faiz brings a global perspective shaped by living and working across five countries. This experience informs his ability to navigate complex organizations, align diverse stakeholders, and design execution systems that work across cultures, functions, and leadership styles.

Today, Faiz works with organizations on a retained basis when growth, complexity, or change begins to strain execution. His focus is restoring clarity, alignment, and predictable delivery across operations and technology so leadership teams can move initiatives forward with confidence.
